Drawing on the dances and codes of Louis XIV’s “court ball,” and augmented with contemporary dance styles such as the Madison, this Baroque ball celebrates the sheer joy of dancing together!

Audiences are invited to join in decorated processions and patterned quadrilles while exploring the ritual of obligatory bows and the art of courtly parade. Led by a master dance teacher and their partner, and accompanied by a Baroc’Band, each participant can let their Baroque imagination run free in this interactive and festive event.
